I was having persistent problems with my PC.
So for the current rice of a new MS XP OS I bought a refurbished desktop PC.It's loaded with an unfamiliar OS,UBUNTU

Its so far a pleasant alternative to MS WIN

Has Ubuntu any problems to watch out for>

Thanks Carol.
I’ve one big prop I’m trying to solve.I’ve got everything (?) but sound.
Don't know if I need a plug in from Ubuntu or if I have stuck the speaker plug in the wrong hole.

It's a quicker OS than MS WIN
