My Gt Grandparents William Taylor Bennett and Annie Jane Hook married in Bethnal Green London in 1875. They were living then at 42 Wellington Street. William was a Gold Beater.

They moved to Brighton, living at 34 Washington St, before the family moved to Glasgow (Harriet St, Wolseley St). Their children were Annie Lucy, John William, Harry, Albert, Charles, Robert & Rose. Interested if anyone connected.

Hi David
I am doing some genealogy research on the Bennett family from Govan area of Glasgow
I have a copy of a marriage certificate for Albert Bennett born 1884 married in 1906 it gives his father as John Bennett and mother Annie Bennett nee Hook John is given as being a Gold Beater.
I see you have a William Taylor Bennett married to a Hook
wondering if this is the same family?
regards
Ian
