I am trying to find family of my Grandfather Walter Benjamin Blackwell born 1883 in East Langton, MARKET HARBOROUGH, Leicestershire, England. His father was James born in 1844, mother was Elizabeth Wakelin born in 1846. Walter had 5 sisters, Ann or Annie, Agnes, Laura, Ellen, Elizabeth & Walter was one of 6 brothers’, William, Arthur, John, James, Albert. I was told that one of his brother’s emigrated to Canada at a young age. Any help would be great, Thank you.

its highly unlikely that someone will have a connection

as she was adopted then her name would have been changed

you could add contact details on the adoption contact register on the gro website and add email contact info on freeBmd if her birth is on there. You havent given any birth year so its difficult to give advice
