Find Ancestors

I'm trying to find the parents of Amadeo Bonini born around 1870 in Italy, possibly in or around Florence. Amadeo's father was Ceriaco Bonini and Amadeo is thought to have had a sister who was a nun. Amadeo arrived in the UK, probably in the 1880's, and set up in the ice cream business. He married Mary Adamson and had 7 children: Robert Joseph 1892 Annie Julia 1893 Italia May 1895 Clara Louisa 1896 Marie Adelaide 1898 Vittorio Luigi Giovanni 1901 William J 1910 In later years Amadeo started using the name William Bonini. When and how did Amadeo arrive in England? Did he come from Florence, Italy? Who are his parents & siblings? Any information most welcome.

Marie Adelaide was my maternal grandmother, who married William Matthews. We were aware that the Bonini family originated from Italy and knew Amadeo's father was Ceriaco. Did you manage to find out from where in Italy they came from?
