trying to find any relatives that are or was related to my father jack fairbanks brother of nell, tom, mary, charlie, rose, may, ada, nance( real name annie) and herbert. All as far as I know from the lincolnshire area, spalding. My dad was a nursery man and married Frances Muriel Curtis from Highworth Wiltshire. She is known as Muriel. Lost contact with all relatives when my dad Jack died of cancer when he was 53. He was born in 1913 and was the youngest but one the youngest being herbert. His mother was Rosina Mary and father John Fairbanks. Look forward to any replies.

Hi Julie have just seen this thread and have joined to enable me to reply.
Nellie Holman nee Fairbanks was my grandmother . She died in 1978 aged 86.
I can remember visiting Fred and Mary Ward who lived opposite the canal on London Road, Their son Tom, wheelchair bound, lived very near.
I can also remember visiting either Annie or Ada who lived near a canal, back in early sixties . My brother and sister remembers your dad Jack!

Hi Holman

Julie's post is nearly 10 years old and since she never posted again I doubt that she will see your reply.

You could try clicking on her name and sending a private message. If she still has the same email address that she registered with Genes then she will be informed that she has a message from you.
