Find Ancestors

I am trying to find any census info on the above. I have not found any Census from 1891/1901 re Richard Wigham Phelan born
Newcastle On Tyne about 1887. I did find some info on freebmd only as well as a marriage in 1911 to Elizabeth Orr. I have also found some births for Phelan/Orr but could not find a Lesley Phelan born between 1911/25. I am helping a friend with this search. Can anyone help also with a bride for Richard born 1857
please.
