Find Ancestors

I'm trying to find information concerning Joseph Caudle 1779 of Avening Gloucestershire who married Esther Matthews 1800 at Avening Church. I understand they had 3 children. I would like to know their names but any information would be good.
I have been told that one child possibly went to America to live.
Upon Esther's death Joseph married her sister Elizabeth (Betty) and fathered further children including my gt gt grandfather Joseph.
Joseph and Esther may have lived in Tetbury (I believe she came from there) or possibly Minchinhampton. All villages are within a few miles of each other.
