Find Ancestors

Have found the above in the 1901 census. It gives me all details of children. There were 11. Would like to find maiden name of his wife first name Catherine b.1852 in Pentyrch, Glamorgan. Any suggestions as to where I can trace this? Can't find marriage certificate As their 1st child was born in1877, would assume marriage would have been before this.

Now, I know that the Welsh helpers on here will laugh at my ignorance (not that I care!) but is there a Chelsea anywhere in Wales? If not, then could the birthplace of the first and third sons indicate that they may have married in London? Did Lewis travel with his work?

You can find her maiden name from any of the children's birth certificates.

Lewis Jones - I don't think there is a Chelsea in Wales so assume it is London Will look at marriages in the London area.

Lewis Jones - will look into the free bmd - purchasing certificates is getting rather expensive

1911 - although crossed out ( presumably because she's a widow) it says 15 children born, 3 died
