Long time since I have been on here and still can't work it out.

Looking for an Alice wood born 1897 in scholes near Rotherham. I have found someone's tree that states she died in 1964 in Powell river British Columbia, just wondered if there are any contacts that can add to this please, the person hasn't visited their tree in over a year, so likely that they won't answer. Looking to make connections with this side of my family. Know about her siblings and parents. :-D

There are a few trees on Ancestry (no doubt blithely copied from each other) that have that death but no sources. They have no immigration details to Canada, nothing.

Maybe she married out there, the death would them be for her married name

If this is her there's an Alice Warris who died in 1964, Powell River, aged67.
