I would like information please on parents of Harriet Moss Ruler born 1856 Rotherhithe. She married John Allen in 1876 and one of their children was William Allen. Not sure if her father was Robert John Ruler or Thomas NIcholson Ruler. Thank you

Robert John Ruler also had a brother Thomas Nicholson Ruler. Don't know if they were twins but they were baptised the same day, 12 Jan. 1823. No birth dates given. Parents were Thomas Nicholson Ruler & Sarah.

Another record gives Thomas Nicholas born 9 June 1818 and Robert John 19 Dec. 1822.
