Daniel Toms born 22nd September 1831 had eleven children - 9 male and two females. My husband, Ian George Daniel Toms, is from the line from the 4th child, William Henry born 1856. Children of Daniel Toms and Charlotte Goodman are as follows:

MR W. H. TOMS
Mr William Henry Toms of 19 Stimpson Ave. Northampton, retired shoe manufacturer who died on may 15th last, has left estate of the gross value of #26,596 16s. 6d., with a net personalty #26,511 4s. 9d.

Probate of the will has been granted to his widow, Mrs Ellen Naylor Toms of the same place, and his son, William Alfred Toms of 8 Allen Road, Northampton, shoe manufacturer.

The testator left his household effects not otherwise disposed of- and #500 to his wife 'and the residue of the property in trust for her for life and then for his children in equal shares.

There is a picture on Ancestry of Daniel Toms (1831-1894) and a copy of his Marriage Certificate to Charlotte Goodman are these from your Tree?

Although the family have been transcribed as 'Jones' looking at the actual image I think it could be 'Toms'.

Could someone else have a look at the image and tell me what they think?

I have found baptisms for all the children listed above with parents as John & Mary Toms.
