All of which seem to of been baptised at HIGH STREET PRESBYTERIAN,STOCKPORT,CHESHIRE,ENGLAND according to the IGI

Don't forget the dates you have are baptism dates and not dates of birth. The children could have been born before.
I know 15 is young but it could also be why she wasn't married?

The possible marriage I posted for Fanny, would make her also 15yrs old.
In any case it remains just possible until it can proven otherwise.

There is another James Kemp born same time and place but father is Charles:-

mother: Sarah

.........so need to find a marriage for the James in census records to see if father's name is noted.
