Her father was Vincente Pastor, cannot find anything on him.

I am looking for a birth record, i have nothing on her parents.
I also do not know where she is buried or how she died

She first married justo montes, then as a widow married john reilly

Any info on her would be a great help, i have a couple passenger lists and know everything about her children.

Vigo in the Province of Pontevedra is on the west coast of Spain..Lugo is a City about 2hrs drive inland from there and is in the Province of Lugo ...However the 1904 Census for Lugo shows that the Consuelo Pastor listed was born in Vitoria Almeria....

As mentioned above, if you don't know the place of birth, you aren't going to have any luck finding a Spanish birth certificate. It's a bit like Ireland in that regard.

We were always told she was from Vigo

The 1904 census for Lugo shows that Consuelo was born in Álava, not Almeria. However there is no Vincente Pastor there,, so if that information is accurate, it's possibly not the right family.
