Her probate record - you could get a copy of the will which might name relatives. Eric was granted probate i.e. administration of the deceased persons estate, not necessarily a relative or beneficiary. In this case it looks as though he was Manager of the Friends Society.

Blanche Edith Jenkinson of The Aged Pilgrims Friend Society, Hazelville Road, Hornsey, Middx widow died 29 January 1940. Probate London 1 March to Eric Wyndham Johnson manager.

Founded in 1807 as “The Aged Pilgrims' Friend Society” and originally set-up to provide grants and pensions to needy elderly Christians, our ministry has grown ...

Maybe the society hold records?

well done Malyon that's him -- his mother was Sarah Knight he did remarry
then

are you able to find any children or what happened to that wife -- was she
English or American

so great to find more out about him -- he was my great grandmothers brother --
there is another mystery with that part of the Jenkinson family - a sister
Matilda Jenkinson born 1836 St.Lukes London the last I can find her is as a witness on her sister Emma's Marriage in 1854 London she also seems to have disappeared -- did she emigrate
