Sorry for getting back so late,i have found death for Mary Ann Heslop in 1939 that explains her not on register,the other children you have named i have them all perhaps they were living with other family relatives with been so young and with no mother.
Records show me that Tamar married a Walter Adams and died in 1950.

There are 6 closed records on the 1939 Register that safc posted
A clsoed record indicates a child born after a certain date (I always get mixed up as to whether it is 1915 or 1925) and for whom there is no death record.
The 1939 Register was used as the basis for the NHS when it began in 1947and was then updated until ca 1991. FMP is now in a slow continuous process of updating
I would say that the 6 closed records at the address where Robert W Heslop is Head will in fact be those children.

If this is the George you refer to, his age is 6 on the 1911 census, so born 1904/5 - but still not seeing him

Yes that is Robert records show he married Mary Ann in 1915,he died in in 1967 i am trying to find living relatives but keep coming to dead ends.
Same old story nobody left to ask.
I am from the Errington line my Grandmother was Edith Heslop 16/9/1905.
