Is there anywhere I can look for dates of Divorce in Oldham, Lancashire between 1941 and 1950?

There won't be any records on-line although you can try newspapers.

Thanks very much both of you, I did think it was a long shot. Will first have a go with the newspapers.

Denise- if searching the newspapers online vary your search terms. For example you can try using their full names, initial & surname, addresses. Or often divorces are listed by surname- eg: if the divorce was between John and Mary Carter it would often be headed 'Carter V Carter'.

If you need any help let us know (although, of the couple are still living, it might be best to PM details).
