Hello
Searching for descendants of Leslie Percy Allen married to Edna M Leversedge in 1925 Lincoln. There was David L Allen born 1925. Patricia R Allen born 1933 and Thomas K Allen born 1935 all in Lincoln. Maybe there were more children. I think Patricia may have passed, but know nothing of the other 2. I wonder if there are children. Any information would be wonderful.

You can look up any further children by going to www.freebmd.co.uk

i is a free site, and where we would all look for you.

BUT we would then have to send you the information by private message (pm) as the children could still be alive.

enter father's surname and mother's surname/. and year span.

If you wish to know whether members of this family are in any member trees on this site ......... then you also have to do that search yourself

Go to Search at the top right

Click on Search all Member Trees

Contact any member whose name appears.

Lincoln Child's Collaspe

A verdict of death by misadventure was returned at an inquest at Lincoln County Hospital today, on Thomas Keith Allen- the 2 /12 year old son of Mr & Mrs Leslie Allen of Whitehall Terrace, Lincoln who died in the operating theatre of the hospital yesterday afternoon...
The boys father said that his son had difficulty breathing from birth and frequently suffered from colds. He was taken to hospital on medical advice on Thursday. He had two other children....
...the boy was admitted for removal of his tonsils which were enlarged. Before the administration of the anaesthetic the boys heart and lungs were found to be normal. The operation was a comparatively simple one he added...
Dr James began giving the anesthetic - a small amount of chloroform-ether mixture was given at the start and then pure ether. Before surgical anesthesia was complete the child collasped and heart action ceased...

Oh dear, I was not expecting al that. So both boys died young and Patricia was the only that married and hopefully had children. It must have been awful for the parents. There is a lot of information for me to read up on and see where it takes me.
Thank you so much for this help.
Regards
Aspen
