Here it is. Clara has Giles written then crossed out and replaced by Savage. She also has 6451 RNP and M written beside her. No idea what that means I'm afraid.

I think that 6451 RNP is the date when her maiden name was altered from Giles to Savage i.e. 6th April 1951 and the RNP is the initials of the person who made the update entry. The M probably just refers to the fact that it was updated because of 'marriage'

It is a little odd, his name was John Henry Giles he was born in Eastwood 2 Jan 1877 . Clara was his 2nd wife ....But they married in 1907 at Mansfield ...her name was Clara Fenton. His first wife was Ada Wilkinson , they married in 1898 Reg Basford, Ada died in 1904
The 1911 census states Clara as being born at Tuxford.
So was Clara's name changed to Savage in 1951 then ??

Yes that looks like the death for her. 1884 also looks to be correct .
Clara Fenton birth reg oct quarter 1884 East Retford (she was from Tuxford).
She must have fibbed a couple of years on the 1939 record
