Wilfred was the eldest son of James Millar and Annie Christie Millar, Catherine Street, Limavady.

Wilfred married Agnes Isobel Lees. Wilfred died 14 February 1982 at British Columbia. Canada. They had lived in Saskatchewan in earlier life.

Wilfred had a son *N, David Millar who was born 1943 in Canada. it is thought N. David Millar lives/lived in Surrey or Vancouver areas of British Columbia.
