Find Ancestors

Would anybody be able to help me find the Parents and/or siblings of an Elizabeth Jane Hodge, born in Dorset, 1869. She married a man from the North East of England named Alexander Ross and had 10(?) children to him. She died in 1953 and I know through speaking to other family members she was blinded in the war, if that helps with any research.
