Kate Garraway’s husband Derek Draper has died at the age of 56 he had covid in 2020 and never recovered from it then had a heart attack just before Christmas


Thinking of Kate and the children who has done a wonderful job keeking the family together and looking after Derek and doing her job

Yes I felt very sad to hear the news. The poor man had suffered so much, but his lovely wife Kate has been such a cheerful, caring, positive person and somehow, and with my admiration, has coped and cared for the children too and worked hard at her job as well.
RIP Derek.
