Hi Linda

The 1911 census is an error.........the surname Howland has been mis-transrcibed as Holland.

It clearly reads Howland on the image.

Going by the 1891 census, Sarah married her cousin.

I think this is "Agneta" on the 1911 census.......

Births Jun 1892 (>99%)
Holland Agneta Beatrice Mt. Harbro' 7a 18

The daughter of Herbert William Holland and Annie Wright.

So I can't figure out the "Niece" connection.
