Is this site a non manned service or do you only reply to complaints every few years?
Cannot be unmanned because you take my money each year.
Is it you do not like complaints?

if you are trying to contact them through the site, then you will wait and wait


email them instead ...............

You should get a reply within 3 days, often the next day if it is an easy question


But do remember they only work 5 days a week, ca 8:30 - 4:30


and yes, they do now operate on a skeleton staff


They do NOT look on here ....... only a few members still keep an eye on this Suggestions Board.

My brother, photo taken in September 1991 just a couple of weeks before he died. ............................................................ To help us and to get better results, please post as much detail as you can, especially name, date(s) and place. Also say what you already know.

I last contacted them through the site on 22nd January this year and received a reply well within 24 hours.
