I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT MORE INFO ON A MERVIN BORTON & A JOHN TATHAM. THIS IS WHAT I KNOW: MERVIN WILLIAM BORTON WAS BORN ON 13TH FEBRUARY 1950 @ EAST STREET OLNEY, MOTHER, PHYLLIS BORTON, FATHER, UNKNOWN. HE IS MY DADS BROTHER. I THINK HE WAS EITHER PUT INTO A HOME OR GIVEN AWAY TO A TRAVELLING FAIR / CIRCUS. JOHN TATHAM WAS BORN IN 1951 IN NORTH CRAWLEY / SHERINGTON BUCKS, MOTHER, KATHLEEN BORTON, FATHER ROGER TATHAM. KATHLEEN DIED ON THE 25TH NOVEMBER 1952 AND THE 7 CHILDREN SHE HAD WERE ALL SEPERATED, SOME WENT INTO AN ORPHANAGE BUT NO-ONE KNOWS WHERE JOHN WENT. HE MAY HAVE ENDED UP IN THE ARMY, AND HIS NAME MAY HAVE CHANGED IF HE WAS ADOPTED. BUT IF ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT EITHER OF THESE MEN IT WOULD BE VERY GRATEFULLY RECEIVED. MANY THANKS MANDI |
