I have a marriage between Lucy Ketley and Charles Chapman in 1869. On the same page there is Elizabeth Ketley and Charles Blatch. I know Lucy had a sister Elizabeth. Can anyone tell me if I have to buy the cert to check if this Elizabeth is Lucy's sister or is there a way I can order the correct cert. by paying a search fee with the order. Thanks. |

You could try ordering Elizabeth's cert giving her father's name as a checking point. If you get the father right you are going to be stuck with the cert, but if it is different then you will get a partial refund on the cert...... Peter |
