My dog Jayboy had to have an exploratory op yesterday. Only a small one for which he was sedated. So today he woke me early 5.30 am. after letting him out and 2 cuppas I set off for a walk with him and my 16 year old jack Russell, a walk which lasted 3 1/2 hrs. I took pics of early marsh orchid, ragged robin wild roses and ox eye daisy, my favourite name for this is moon penny. I got in totally relaxed and happy and it had blown away Jays cobwebs too. I will work indoors when the weather is bad and walk when it is good and s.d the housework. :-D Elaine. |

I am a carer for a very awkward OH and I needed this space just me the dogs, the wildlife and the flowers. If you believe there is a greater being then this is where his church is. :-) Elaine. |

S*d the Housework :-D Excellent philosophy - glad you are able to take a little time for yourself. Caring for someone is very difficult at the best of times, without awkward being thrown into the mix. Look after yourself and enjoy the open space :-) |

Great philosophy Elaine, glad you and the dogs enjoyed the ramble, it sounds as tho you really were at peace with the world and it's wonders. |
