Trying to find the record you posted, I came across this:

DDR/EJ/CCD/3/1852/6 1852
plaintiff: Ann Welsh (formerly Allison) of Durham City, County Durham
defendant: William Welsh of Red Hurworth, Kelloe, County Durham, farmer
matrimonial cause - divorce for cruelty and adultery
proctor: John Burrell - prosecuting

I can find a marriage for William and Ann Welsh in 1823 and can find them in the 1841 but not after that;
