	When you order them, specify William Reuben Owen. That way, if the details don't match, it isnt issued. It used to be that you'd get a partial refund.....which I hope is still the case. Let's hope you don't have to spend £157.25 before you get the right MC!

	I think the rules have changed ................ so read the GRO information VERY carefully

	Yes - I was very hazy about the current rules. I know they changed them, then had to modify their response. Hopefully someone with a more recent experience can advise.
