	You may find his birth simply wasn't registered. try looking for a baptism https://familysearch.org/

I reckon William must be her brother? Can't find him in IGI though. Does William have any more siblings in the 1861 please?

	Unfortunately, it doesn't state William's relationship to Samuel King on the 1881 and 1891 census. Only that he is a "Lodger" Take note that on the 1881 census it states........Unmarried 1891 census..........Single. This might be William on the 1901 census.....
