Gosh thanks so much all of you. Didnt expect this. Dad was orphaned at age 11 and never spoke much about his family. I know he had a sister sarah born 1923 but she left the orphanage before him and i think they lost contact. Got back asafar as 1866 withsome info on both sides. Joseph H Goode was a publican married to Sarah A GOODE possibly Gardham Goode lived at 19 coal pit lane nottingham. The name Vaughan does come up for Ada May born 1886. My dads father (joseph edward ) used the name Leatherland for a while but dont know why. I would really like to find out more about Sarah my dads sister and there is a possible marriage to william e gregory in 1938 with the address of 12 holkham avenue chilwell, but i dont know how reluable this is. Again a huge thank you to all of you
