Check out the site I gave on my earlier post to see other births, marriages and deaths for this family.
The site is free to search and you can order certificates if you wish.
Good luck.

Thank you to everyone I appreciate that names can get misspelt. I wonder why original Perth newspaper has his name clearly written as George Britti. There was a coroners report but not sure if this is available to view, Thanks again this is a big help Kind Regards Pam

Hi Pam
If your George died in Perth -then this George William Brigatti seems to fit. He died age 22yrs 18/2/1929 of W Perth (b1906) - parents George & Eva Brigatti.

Eva (d 14/4/1966 87yrs) & George William Brigatti share grave at Karrakatta.
George Brigatti (Snr) was k.i.a France 1918.

The 'West Aus State Librar'y (on-line) has an 'Ask a Librarian; service -they will check their records incl electoral rolls (past & present) and newspaper death notice/s for family names (i e Eva Constance Brigatti d14/4/1966).

(No sighting of any 'Britti's)

Thank you. The original article in the Perth newspaper reads as follows. Perth February 19th. 1929 George Britti ( 25 ) a bread carter shot himself through the chest in his bedroom in Parker Street last night and died before he could receive medical attention . Before he fired the shot he wrote a letter which he sealed and addressed to Miss Harris. Fitzgerald Street which will be opened by the coroner.. As the surname Britti and the age are different to the George Brigatti that has been detailed in previous posts I still wonder if this is the right family.? It would be interesting to see the coroners report to verify this but I don't know if this is available to search for. The Perth newspaper the article is in is dated 23rd February 1929 and titled A Determined Suicide I really appreciate everyone's help with this Kind Regards Pam

Hi Pam

'Google' shows your George William Brigatti on 'My Heritage' site -and names (at least) one sibbling -Herbert Raymond Brigatti b27/9/1910 (m Amy Beard 1934).

The death notices for mother Eva Constance Brigatti (d16/4/1966) should give more family names.

Hi Pamela,

Did you resolve this?

Whilst I am not directly related, I live in Perth and am familiar with the Brigatti family.

Regards

Andrew

There is also a tree on MyHeritage
https://www.myheritage.com/site-family-tree-52061811/brigatti?rootIndivudalID=1000321&familyTreeID=1

Site manager is Lia Livinstone.
I will request access for you (have sent you request on GR) so wait for a response

It has the Parents as George Raymond Brigatti (1881 - 1918)and Eva Contance Brigatti (1878 - 1966?) (nee Simmonds).
The tree is incorrect but there could be the details there that you you are after.

There is also details in the Familysearch site:
https://familysearch.org/tree/#view=ancestor§ion=details&person=9M3M-ZW2

This is similar to the MyHeritage Tree.

I will PM you a few shots of the trees - see if that helps
