Thank you so much AustinQ for coming back on this one. I already have my Great Aunt's obituary [VERY comprehensive!] but the snippet about Mrs. Gladstone's involvement with the Home is great to see. It has also helped us to know that the Home began its existence in c.1881.

Now I wonder whether there is some further mention concerning the winding up/sale of the Home/house?
