Hello Shelley,

I sent a message to Catherine yesterday suggesting the same thing. She has replied to me stating that it was the first time she has posted anything. I advised her that she would get much more help on the Find Ancestors board. Hope she reposts. Cx

Hi Catherine,

Would you mind re-posting this comment on the Find Ancestors board, and I will remove your comment from this thread.

Please can anyone help.
I have since 1970 been looking for the birth of my husbands Father.
I have more wrong birth certificates than the national registry I think.
We know George Taylor was born 21 November 1896 but the problem
is we don't know were.
We do know he lived 57 Stockwell Green Brixston/Lambeth in 1904,
but cant find a birth there, so maybe he wasn't born there.
We know he went to St Micheal's school and then when't to Stockwell
green School, but cant find records for Stockwell Green School.
Please can anyone suggest any other line I could take.
Thank you
Cathy
