apparently she was not formally adopted or she would not have married as a Reddington?

no matter really, just that it didn't make sense to say you were looking for someone named Reddington when you knew her name had been changed to Bailey

it just means that the correct marriage has definitely been found

so if I can ask one more time ..........

have you used the Search Trees function at this website
and have you contacted the member with a man named Bolton born in 1942 in Leeds in their tree?

the man named Bolton born in 1942 in Leeds
seems pretty surely to be Rose's husband

if someone has Rose's husband in their family tree, it would seem they are related

look at the top of your monitor

click on Search

click on Search All Member Trees

search for

surname Bolton
born in 1942
born in Leeds

then click on the 'find out more' button next to the name of the member with the man in her tree

.......... unfortunately that member's member number seems to be very old so if you send a message, it may not be received (if the member has changed their email address in the meantime) ... but it is worth a try

by the way, Rose's and her sister's births were registered under two surnames (because her mother was married at the time)

Rose has half-siblings, the older children born to her mother and her mother's husband

and in fact she also seems to have other half-siblings born after her and her sister

I am going to send you details by private message
