Trying to find Anderson

hi i am trying to find information on my great grand-father and mother his name was andrew anderson i think if i am right he was born in ashington england not sure where that is i have read that it could come under morpeth northumberland and part of co durham any help on that would be great, he married sarah jane wallace she was born in ayrshire scotland they married 19th feb 1921 he was a coal miner, they went on to have 3 children that i no of colin wallace anderson who is my grandad but unfortuneatley i have never got to meet him so again if anybody no's where he is please please let me no he would be 81 now time is ticking by, born 5.12.1923 in fife scotland edward.patrick anderson born 1938 in newcastle upon tyne & andrewena anderson born 1941, newcastle upon tyne.... andrew, sarah, ed.patrick & andrewena emigrated to vancouver canada in 1947 that's where i have got where my grt gran-parents were born from,, i have found the passanger list for them date 8th sept 1947 i have tried searching for them in canada but have found no leads if anyone knows how to get information from canada please let me no, colin wallace anderson married marie davis on 15.01.1944 in newcastle upon tyne and they went on to have a daughter daisy anderson my mum born 21.12.1944 she hasn't seen her dad since she was 2yrs old and i no it would make her day to be able to see him again or at least get a photo of him, he was in the navy and was invalided out in 1947 we have no idea where he went to he could have gone to canada himself or he could still be here in london but i cant find anything about him any were except his birth certificate that i have just got from scotland any help or information would be great many thanks tina & family |
