I am trying to find information on my grandmother Elizabeth Arthurs born in 1883 in Dublin she had a brother James. Her parents were James Arthurs and Eliza Gerty or Gerity.

Hi Elizabeth,
My great grandfather on my mother's side was called James Arthurs. His date of birth would be around 1880. We don't know anything about his family. We know he had at least two children, one of whom was my grandmother Charlotte. He lived and died in India but we don't know if he was born there or emmigrated from England. If you know anything about him or other famly members we would love to know more. Arthurs is not a common name so it seems there might be some connection considering the dates.
