Working on extra line in my tree. My forebear Janet Stewart 1859 married James Partland in 1880, first son Alfred Partland married Mary Jane Barrass, registration district Morpeth, and at the time of marriage Alfred was living in Wallsend working as a driver in the coal mine. Mary Jane is not related to me, but of course her children are, albeit remotely, If someone is wondering what happened to their Mary Jane, perhaps this is the same one, and I can give you the few details that I have about her. |
