If your surname is Bindoff then technically we are distantly related. As I'm compiling a greater Bindoff family tree under what is know as a one name study.Along with some help from some other Bindoff descendants,we have managed to get the tree back to 1740.I have indexed all the births and marriages of the Bindoffs from the family records office otherwise known as the general records office (GRO) from 1837 to 2001. If you would like to contribute any information, photos etc so that others connected to the Bindoff tree can see what their ancestors looked like. Or if you would like to discover more about your own families history or branch please contact me,Kind regards. Adam
