I am trying to find ancestors for George Walter Binns (b. 1855, Leeds). George was married to Mary Ann Ashforth (b. 1855, Doncaster). The 1881 Census shows my ancestors living at 12 Kerr Street, Bradford, YKS. A parent, Jane, is shown to be living with them at that time. George's son Douglas (b. 1891, Bradford) is my Grandfather. Douglas moved to the USA in 1914. He returned to the UK during WWII. There he married Hilda Smith (B. 1891, Halifax) and brought her back to the states after the war. George's other children were: George Walter, Florance, Leonard, Christopher, Edith, Percy, Beatrice. Thank you. -Brett |
