I would like to find information about my great-grandad, Alfred Blomeley of manchester. He died in 1962 aged 82 ish. His wife was one of twins whos family name was Entwistle. They also had a sister called Fanny who never married. Alfred Blomeley was a brass finisher as a trade and worked for Whip & Bone in M/c. My Great granparents had 2 children, Girl first, called May Blomeley and then a son, called Cyril (who lived on the East Lancs Rd for many years). May, married Ernest Robert Walker in the early 1930's and had 2 children, boy and girl.(George and Pauline). Alfred and Daisy were known to be very musical and May Blomeley taught the piano. Does any of this information tie in with yours? Can you add to it? Let me know. [email protected] |
