Member Since: February 2006 Posts: 3 Send Message	I'm trying to find parents of Jane Brotherton born Pannal 1784. Parish records state Thomas Brotherton and Ruth but there is no record of a marriage for them and no other children to this couple.There are however,three other Thomas' and a Ruth Whittaker married to John Brotherton. Could there have been an illicit relationship or just a mix up of records?Any ideas would be very welcome.Jane married a John Anderson in 1819 and farmed at Hornbeam Cottage.Regards Elaine
