Trying to trace BEXLEY HEATH BROWNs. My Dad Leslie Harold Brown b. 1912, came from Bexley Heath area. His parents John Chalmers Brown and Jeannete Louise [ Loveday] lived in Bexley Heath. He was a retd. builder. They had 6+ other children Edwin born 1900, Gertrude a nurse born 1898, Edward Brown, Eric Charles Brown b.1904, Vera Brown. Another brother of Dad's was Cyril Brown who was an Engineer, lived in Bedford & had a daughter Betty now believed to be living in Bexley Heath, and a son now about 60 probably living in Australia. The John Chalmers Browns lived at 33 Viewlands rd Plumstead in 1912 later moving to Brampton Road, Bexleyheath were they lived for years. I would like to find out more about the family. John Chalmers Brown was the son of Edwin Brown a builder. Any contact will be most welcome. David Brown |
