Hi Jill,

My father-in-law's family were related to the Bruford's and Aldermans and he still lives in Minehead.
I have quite a bit of info on the family. Harry's ( that's my father-in-law ) dad was married to a Constance Chapman. Constance's mother was Ellen Chapman and she was married to William Henry Bruford in Sept 1907 ( Constance was born out of wedlock, father unknown ). WHB's mother was Ellen Bruford who married James Alderman and had 3 kids by him but also 3 Bruford boys ( father unknown ), George 1880, William Henry 1882 and Henry Thomas 1886.

Please come back if you have any other info or want more from me.
