LUCY ANN CHAPPELL,b 1847 Fobbing Essex possibly of French descent,father DANIEL CHAPPELL a Mariner/Bargeman. Mother, Mary Ann Robinson, b1812 Leigh Essex. Daniel and Mary Ann married 1839 Orsett Essex. Mary Ann died 1859, aged 49.buried Fobbing their son William Chappell b1841 Leigh, Essex. Daniel Chappell 1815-1906. Sarah Ann Billings, his second wife,b nr Bishops Stortford,c1830. Daniel and Sarah married at Milton next Gravesend 1860. Lucy Ann Chappell daughter of Daniel 1st marriage, married Thomas Holman McPherson Royal Engineers at Woolwich Arsenal, at Holy Trinity Parish Church Milton next Gravesend Kent on 24th Dec 1871. This couple had 6 siblings. Lucy Ann died at Cork Barracks Ireland 1885. Looking for any connections to CHAPPELL in around Fobbing Essex 1815 onwards. |
