I am trying to find info on my grandad William John Lorraine Cornish. He was born 27 June 1915 in Othery Nr Bridgwater, Somerset. He had one brother called Edward who was born in 1914. William married Winifred Wright in the third quarter of 1936 and they had a son in the December of 1936 followed by two daughters shortly after. He and his brother left England in 1947 on a ship to Durban, South Africa both leaving their families behind. |
