Member Since: September 2007 Posts: 5 Send Message	Searching for Cecilia Catherine Devine, born 1877 in Wapping,or any members of her family. She married Henry James Clark in 1902. Her fathers name was Henry and mother Ann formerly Cavanagh. In 1920 she was living in Poplar London.
