Hello i am trying to Find out about Laura Louisa Dew, she was supposed to be married to my great grandad Edwin Jayes (can find no records to prove or deny this) - she was born in the 1870's in suffolk - her 1st daughter Sylvia was born in Acrrington - have found her on the 1901 census with relatives staying with them by the name of Hales ( i think her married sister) in 1902 she was back in Bury St Edmunds where my grandad was born (Cecil James Edward Jeyes) at this time Edwin appears to have changed his name to William Edward Jeyes!!!! Also trying to find out who (if she did) marry after the death of Edwin/William Jeyes. |

Have found out that Laura Louisa was with Ernest Batchelor in 1939, but can't find where they married (if they did) they both died in Luton in 1944 |
