Hi all Eastwoods,
Does anyone connect to a Stansfield Eastwood abt 1827 who married a Hannah Priestley in the Sowerby/ Sowerby Bridge area or possibly Heptonstall area?? Would like to find the parents and grandparents of the above (both sides)

I'm currently researching a Clement Eastwood b1880 Greetland, son of James and Mary Eastwood. Is this the same one?

Hi not sure if I am on the right track, but my mum is Irene surname Eastwood she was born in Glasgow, her mother was Marjorie. Dont no her fathers name. She was fostered when she was 3. Desperate to trace the family.

John Eastwood Christening: 26 JUN 1826 Heptonstall
Stansfield Eastwood Christening: 20 JUL 1827 Heptonstall
Susey Eastwood Christening: 02 OCT 1831 Heptonstall

Thomas Eastwood married Esther Stansfield 16 MAR 1823 Heptonstall.

Thomas Eastwood Christening: 25 DEC 1800 Heptonstall parents John and Susy.

That could explain his daughters name.

A possible John Eastwood married a Susey Patchet 21 JUN 1796 Halifax

A possible Susey Patchet Christening: 04 DEC 1775 Heptonstall father George.
