Am trying to trace my father's side of the family. My grandfather's name was James John Farrant, born 27th March 1887 in London, possibly in Little Ilford (which I believe was around Manor Park and was married to Elizabeth Mary Lambert born 1889/1890. Elizabeth's birth is registered St Saviours, Southwark. Had 6 surviving children, James (my father), Arthur George, Margaret, Ivy and Eileen. I know a few died during their early years. Only know of one name - Joan. They lived in Stratford, and East Ham, finally moving to the Romford area. ????? when. Unfortunately, this is all I know of my father's family. Can anyone out there help???????? |
