I would like to talk to anyone with any Farrell connection from the Birdhill area in Tipperary Co, Ireland. To be more specific, James Farrell migrated to NSW Australia in 1864 with his sister Mary. His brothers John and Michael did the same a year or two earlier. The parents listed on the immigration records are John and Bridget (nee - unknown). Whilst Mary listed both parents as living, James records the father John as deceased. My research indicates that there appears to be a number of linkages with the Ryan's also of the Birdhill area, and therefore I would be grateful for hear of information here too. Cheers Martin |
